RECEPTIONIST (Maternity Cover)

About the Role

Our receptionists are the friendly and professional face of our Home. By helping us deliver the highest standards, you'll enhance every day for our residents and create a warm welcome and great customer service for our visitors. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve.

We are looking for someone to cover a maternity leave placement for up to one year. Four weeks notice would be given to the employee before the end of the temporary contract.

The shifts will consist of;

1 x 11 hour shift

1 x 6 hour shift

There may be additional hours available during holidays of other receptionist team members.

About You

You have a meticulous attention to detail and a drive to provide consistently excellent quality - from the welcome you extend to visitors to your organisation skills. You’re friendly, approachable and you're great at communicating with residents, professional bodies, colleagues and visitors. You work on your own initiative to manage challenges and have the confidence to raise issues.
You're fastidious when it comes to updating paperwork - in terms of resident and staff records. You’re a team player, who's outstanding in your own field with bucket loads of respect for your colleagues.
