Alps Family Foot & Ankle in Wayne, NJ is looking for one receptionist to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 468 Parish Dr Suite 4. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist with room to grow to Full Time within 1 year.

Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Be able to successfully multitask in a busy environment *Collect copays/payments *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule meetings as needed *Check health insurance eligibility and benefits *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *Knowledge of Athena Electronic Medical Record a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
