Receiving Clerk wanted for full time position at a High End Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach

Previous work experience in a luxury hotel or condominium beneficial. This job will include the following:

~ Accept, Register & Deliver Packages

~ Register and Work with Contractors

~ Responsible for making sure all Contractors leave the building in a timely manner.

~ Security/ Enforce Rules when required

~ Learn and train the Car Elevator software and give orientations to residents

~ Learn the Fire Safety Equipment in the Building

~ Report to AGM/ Director Of Operations

~ Monitoring cameras and writing incident reports

~ Great Customer Service and Energetic

~ Fluent in English and (Spanish or Russian) and communicates well

~ Answering Phones and transferring calls

~ Lifting up to 50lbs

~ 2 years’ experience working in security company.

~ MUST be experienced dealing with difficult customers

~ MUST have reliable transportation

~ Has extremely high standards of cleanliness and organization

~ Trouble shooting skills

~ Maintain a professional Demeanor but with cheerful and helpful attitude

~ Works well within a Team Environment

The required schedule is: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm

May be required to work weekends too

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
