We have an exciting opening for the role of Real Estate Development Manager to join our growing business! Our vision is to make tasty and healthy food and beverage more accessible to everyone. We are now operating at San Francisco Hayes valley and Stoneridge Shopping Center for fruit tea and bakery products, and we are on a mission to serve millions of customers globally by opening dozens of stores in the next few years. Responsibilities

Sourcing great locations (mall, plaza, neighbor, campus, airport, amusement, drive thru, etc)

Evaluating opportunities thru both desktop research and field trips

Working with brokers and lawyers negotiating and finalizing LOIs and lease agreements

Help source and evaluate architects and GCs
-
Manage end to end process of site delivery from post lease to architect to permits to build out to turn keys

Work along with cross functional team to develop real estate strategies and playbooks

Other projects / tasks as assigned
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in real estate management, or business related field
-
3+ years real estate project management experience;
-
Experience using project or construction management software;
-
Vendor management experience;
-
Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized;
