USA / Pennsylvania - Quality Technician

· Primary responsibility involves daily audit of every active work station. One part should be inspected / the control plan and compared to the operators CP interval data. Inspections must be documented, and non-conformities communicated, corrected, and properly contained.

· Containment – the roving inspector is responsible for ownership of the containment process, follow the procedure for the proper containment, and identification of non-conforming material.

· Quality inspection responsibility in the event the scheduled inspector call offs, is unavailable to support the shift.

Education and/or Experience:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent. Manufacturing experience a plus

· Knowledge of Quality Processes, or gages

Other Qualification and Skills Required:

· Ability to work with basic mathematical equations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

· Ability to utilize various software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office software (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK), ERP system, and other internal systems.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
