Acara Solutions is seeking Quality Manager in Westfield, PA!

Type: Direct Placement

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm **Onsite

Pay: Up to $135Kyr. **Depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Organize and lead regulatory and agency inspections, audits, investigations, and inquiries regarding the control and assessment of product design and manufacturing quality.
• Coach, develop, direct, train, and evaluate the work of quality improvement personnel.
• Develop and maintain internal/external relationships with key customers, divisions, and departments in order to promote and maintain business operations and growth.
• Manage customer complaint and reject process to ensure accurate root cause analysis, timely response, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor site quality metrics and develop counter measures as needed.
• Provide training of root cause tools, statistics, and quality systems.
• Adhere to core values and all safety and quality requirements including; Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, U.S.
• Food & Drug Administration regulations, and other requirements.

Other projects as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or applicable Technical field.
• 3+ years' leading a Quality Team or 3+ years' supervisory experience in a similar field.
• Highly skilled in Quality tools.
• Experience with environmental monitoring practices and testing.
• Proficient in Risk Management.
• Ability to lead conversations with customers and auditors.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Master's Degree preferred.
