QUALITY MANAGER

Join a small plant within in Multi-Billion Dollar Automotive Manufacturer. Make a direct impact with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers in a strong team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs the quality assurance program, designed to ensure continuous production of parts, consistent with established standards
• Develops and follows all appropriate IATF-16949 and ISO-9001 Procedures and Work Instructions in the performance of these duties.
• Assigned as the Management Representative for IATF-16949 and ISO-9001 implementation, maintenance, and accreditation activities.
• Coordinates Management Review Meetings and the IATF-16949 and ISO-9001 Internal Audit Team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of management experience within automotive manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,359.00 - $110,000.00 per year
