Primary Responsibilities:
Create and modify programs for stationary coordinates measuring equipment and related software (CMM)- Create and maintain pictorial and written work instructions for inspection procedures
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of statistical data collection Capabilities Studies and Gage R & R's
- Work with product development activities
- Assist in development of training programs regarding complex measuring equipment and related software
- Writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting gage programs
- Participate in projects
- Comply with all Occupational, Environmental, Health and Safety Standards, as well as Crown's safety rules and regulations for each task performed
- Perform root cause analysis for problem solving
- CMM knowledge and experience required
- GD&T knowledge and experience required
- Perform other duties as assigned
