Job description
Staffmark is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join new manufacturing facility in San Antonio.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:





  • Visual inspection of all non-conforming parts.
    Light rework of parts.
  • Measuring, gauging and testing of parts.
  • Manual assembly of boxes and totes.
  • Accountable for counting, labeling and packing parts
  • Accountable for paying attention to detail.
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures containing detailed instructional documents as specified for a particular part.
  • Able to maintain a consistent and constant work flow while performing all inspections, which allows for keeping up with production’s needs.
  • Work as part of the Quality Department with Production to provide technical support and guidance to assure product meets or exceed our customer’s expectations .
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Communicate quality issues to leadership.
  • Data collection and entry of inspection results.
  • Reads and follows inspection work instructions for the job assigned.
  • Follows safety rules and complies with company policies.
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Proactive attitude and quality oriented.
Good attendance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift/move 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Experience in use of calipers, micrometers, go-no gages is a plus.
