Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the analysis of product, process, equipment and method issues at designated stages of product development and manufacturing.- Responsible for the support of manufactured product conformance to specified requirements.
- Provide process efficiency and suitability analysis and input to manufacturing engineering and production management.
- Use the warranty and NCP system for review and management of defective product.
- Support the use of statistics for product improvement and process control (CP,Cpk)
Qualifications
Four year college degree or two year college degree with 3 years' experience.- Six Sigma GreenBelt certification highly desired.
- Certain technical skills and training, such as quality tools and techniques, GD&T, process capability theory and SPC are required.
- Good problem solving skills (8D) are also required.
