Job description

Quality Control Tech Responsibilities:

• Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements through engineering drawings and standards to produce.

• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes. Must be able to maintain document control database system with most real time data.

• Perform “In Process Inspections” at different work-cell areas to keep process flow going

• Identify any deviations from quality standards.

• Ensure all inspection processes are complied with in accordance with all necessary requirements for final product standards.

• Gaining feedback from production team, and management, attend meetings, submitting reports, and assisting production leads.

Quality Control Tech Requirements:

• Must be familiar with Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Cooper products

o Tubing, Mesh, and Sheet Products

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred

• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience level:

• 2 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• Oxnard, CA 93030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
