Quality Control Team Member

Overview:

ABM Industries is seeking a Janitorial Quality Control Associate. This position will audit night cleaning staff and day porter staff to ensure proper cleaning is being performed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 5 years Janitorial cleaning experience
• Must be Detail oriented
• Ability to use inspection tool use
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible work hours. Primarily Monday- Friday 530am- 2pm; however need flexibility for additional hours
• Significant walking is required for this position
• Reliable transportation and ability to get to work on time

Responsibilities:

• The Quality Control Associate will perform audits of nightly cleaning team as well as Day Porter Staff and report to onsite management their findings
• Daily Inspection of common space, office spaces, stairwells, restrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms and Kitchen areas.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc
• May be asked to assist in areas that need Day Portering coverage for the day
• May be asked to document and remedy any shortcomings found during inspections
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures is necessary for this role
• Other duties as assigned
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
