Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, preferred. (Equivalent program from a two-year college or technical
  • school, or certificate program in pharmacy and/or healthcare field, preferred.)
  • 3-5 years’ pharmacy and/or hub services experience, retail or specialty pharmacy

experience, preferred.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the medical/healthcare field, (i.e. pharmacy, doctor’s office,
  • 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare compliance/regulatory fields, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare operations, preferred.
  • Must be familiar with general pharmacy terminology.

Quality Assurance Agent

Essential Functions:

  • Performs monitoring within the quality assurance program.
  • Reports on a regular basis to the Quality Assurance Manager on quality matters, and
  • assists with providing recommendations, helping with methods to reduce the
  • Company’s vulnerability to quality issues, as well as improving client services.
  • Performs ongoing monitoring of representative calls for quality assurance measures,
  • ensuring protocols are being followed, and also identifying quality improvements.
  • Gathers related data and creates related reports to actively track call performance metrics.
  • Assists with developing, reviewing and suggesting changes to related policies and procedures, as needed.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, commonly needed shifts are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM or 10:30 AM-7:00 PM. Other shifts may be available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, for full-time hours, based on team needs.

Compensation:

Starting at $21 per hour (higher rate may be possible). Higher rates may be considered for excellent candidates! Offer based upon experience, education, and interview process.
