Join our growing team! We're hiring a full-time punch press operator for an expanding manufacturer in the Brooklyn Park area. This punch press operator position is available on both the second and weekend shift. Offers up to $25/hr. plus paid time off, 401(k), and great medical benefits.

Hours:

• 2nd shift: 4 pm - 2:30 am, Monday - Thursday
• Weekend shift: 6 am - 6:30 pm, Friday - Sunday

Wage: $22 - 25/hr.

Job responsibilities of the punch press operator:

• Operate punch press machines and assembly equipment to make parts and products
• Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects
• Read work orders, instructions, and blueprints
• Deburr, grind, sand, file, and polish metal parts/products
• Maintain documentation
• Perform re-work on products as needed
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks

Requirements of the punch press operator:

• Report to work on time
• The participle in improvement projects
• Maintain a safe and positive work area
• Report on any problems to a supervisor
• 3 months or more of punch press operating experience
