Water's Edge Therapy~ a thriving, relaxed, progressive, down-to-earth and established private practice, is looking to add a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LICSWs, LMHCs and LMFTs) to our growing team of amazing mental health providers.

Flexible - 15-40 clinical hours/week.

Licensed Clinical Therapist Qualifications:

Licensure as a LICSW, LMHC or LMFT

Credentialed with BCBS, United, Tufts (preferred)

Licensed Clinical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing all clinical needs of caseload

Completing diagnostic assessment

Developing and implementing client-focused treatment plans

Facilitating ongoing psychotherapy sessions at a frequency-based on individual clients needs

Maintaining clinical documentation on our electronic health record and completing clinical notes daily

Coordinating with other providers (as needed) to best support the treatment process

Referring clients to a higher level of care (if/when necessary)
