Allina Health is dedicated to preventing and treating mental illness and enhancing the greater health of individuals, families, and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Current Opportunities:

• Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry: Great work-life balance with a mix of IP/OP and no call (unless desired for additional compensation)
• Emergency Psychiatry: Option for 8- or 10-hour shifts, rare 100% ED Psychiatry opportunity, no after-hours call as this is a shift-based model
• Perinatal Psychiatry: Leadership position (80% Clinical/20% Administrative), flexibility for virtual components

All positions include comprehensive benefits, sign-on/relocation/retention bonuses, education assistance, and five weeks of PTO that increases with tenure. Possible visa sponsorship available.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
