Position: Psychiatrist - YouthHours: 8-20 Hours per week
Position Summary:
The Psychiatrist will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team of behavioral health professionals in treating youth and adolescent individuals with mental illness. The Psychiatrist will provide medical and psychiatric evaluations. May participate in treatment team meetings as appropriate.
Education:
Minimum qualifications require licensure as an MD in Psychiatry in the State of Ohio.
Experience:
At least 1 – 3 years of experience in working with children and adolescents with mental health disorders with a specialty in psychiatric medicine.
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate strong clinical skill in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. Licensure required by the Ohio Board of Medicine. Able to assess risk and collaboratively formulate crisis intervention plans to intervene in situations which are emergent. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel). Proficient in working with electronic health records system and electronic documentation. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Hourly rate : $150 to $175 per hour
