Your role with the company:
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments and develops and monitor treatment plans.
- Prescribe psychiatric medications and collaborates with the psychiatrist, therapists, case management, and primary care physicians to facilitate appropriate medication monitoring and adherence.
- Serve as the team leader for care teams featuring therapists, family wellness coaches, and case managers.
- Provide psychiatric consultations.
- Coordinate services with the client’s primary care physician.
- Complete timely and appropriate documentation in the electronic medical records for clients.
- Maintains compliance with regard to state, federal, and CHI guidelines.
Background Desired:
- BC in Nursing PMHNP
- Active Pennsylvania state licensure or pending
