As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work. How will I contribute?

The Proposal Coordinator develops a variety of marketing materials to support the sales cycle and contribute to the company’s marketing asset library. Your position’s primary responsibility is to coordinate developing proposals, statements of qualification, client presentations, project descriptions and resumes for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry. You will receive assignments and general direction from members of the marketing team and then coordinate across the company on marketing projects with multi-discipline participants. Proposal development and additional assignments will include developing content, creating persuasive text and graphics, and coordinating document layout. You will ensure that deliverables are consistent with company-brand guidelines, of high quality, and delivered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for internal meeting coordination, data entry and reporting, project award submissions, and internal marketing activities that support business development and client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content, create persuasive text and graphics, and coordinate document layout
  • Facilitate proposal kick off meeting, set up shared proposal folder, set up appropriate templates using InDesign, and work back and forth with technical team on inclusion and formatting of appropriate proposal content
  • Responsible for coordination of sections and deadlines to internal team members, and coordinating adherence to set schedule
  • Close out of proposals, including updates to marketing library, project descriptions, and internal resumes
  • Support of additional sales services and marketing projects, such as creation of presentation decks, project award submissions, and internal marketing activities to support business development and client experience
  • Support cross-company marketing projects with multi-discipline participants

Locations: This position can be performed from any of our US locations on a hybrid work mode basis, including but not limited to offices in: San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Emeryville, Broomfield, Boston, Philadelphia, Rockville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Irving.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Two to five years of related proposal development experience
  • Track record of success creating content for proposals $20M and above; experience within Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
  • Excellent proofreading skills and understanding of standard style guidelines
  • Excellent graphics, document layout, and editing skills
  • Strong project coordination skills, including experience facilitating meetings, coordinating document iterations, and coordinating internal deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, InDesign

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in San Diego is typically $46,500 to $74,000 annually. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition, CRB offers a total rewards package that includes comprehensive insurance coverage as well as the opportunity to participate in one or more annual incentive programs based on company and individual performance.
