Established Los Angeles Based Property Management Firm is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a roving property manager in the North East Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities:
- Rent Collection
- Inspect and arrange maintenance requests as needed
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts in a timely manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of property management experience needed overseeing 50+ unit building.
- GED or HS Diploma
- Driver's license and a car, this is a MUST
- Comfortable driving to multiple properties per day within a 5-10 mile radius.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Compensation:
- $3500-4200/month gross salary (rent will be deducted), Depending on experience
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
