Job duties include; although are not limited to:
Administrative:
- Uphold all club operational standards that align with the brand business strategy and execution.
- Work collaboratively to adhere to work processes and systems in place to support the execution of the property management & rental home services operation.
- Serve as a liaison to shared services Directors (i.e., Housekeeping, Security, and Member Services).
- Support other PMS, as needed.
- Support the onboarding of new owners into the property management program.
- Communicates any maintenance issues to owners in a professional manner, using appropriate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Supervise onsite outreach related to owner arrival and departure, maintenance requests, and contracts administration (i.e., landscaping and snow shoveling).
- Point of contact for assigned neighborhood portfolio of 15-20 homes.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with policies and procedures of the company, department, and contracts.
- Maintain complete inventory of homeowners’ contact information.
- Document house account billing for homeowners and ala carte services billing.
- Develop relationships and recognize preferences for each owner based on the needs and desires of that owner.
Property Maintenance:
- Alternates being after hours on-call point of contact for department and response to onsite needs, as scheduled each month.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and cleaning on all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) per manufacture and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and/or coordinate vendor service calls when needed.
- Repair and install using proper tools and materials in a skilled craftsman-like manner in accordance with local and federal codes.
- Participate in installations and disposal of equipment including programming, start-up, and testing.
- Assist with inventory of repair parts including research and purchase order creation.
- Respond to homeowner calls for repair requests regarding carpentry, electrical, plumbing, carpeting, painting, and maintenance issues.
- Balance hot tub chemicals daily/weekly as needed; drains/fills hot tubs as needed.
- Ensure privacy and security matters are fulfilled for the homeowner including following protocol for contractors on property and inside the residence.
- Perform maintenance duties and assignments in Rental Homes at the direction of the Property Manager, Director of Property Management or Rental Manager
- Participate in OSHA/Safety programs.
- Participate in Resort’s Emergency Evacuation Team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy and wet weather. Temperature varies by season and can be extreme but is usually moderate. Must be able to sit at a desk for at least 2-3 hours per day. Walking, standing, driving, and getting in/out of vehicle are required the rest of the working day. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, shoveling snow, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
