We are currently interviewing Multifamily Professionals for a Property Manager position in the Brooklyn Park/Brooklyn Center area to oversee two LIHTC properties.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing is REQUIRED
- Experience with YARDI a PLUS
- Experience with LIHTC strongly preferred
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
Benefits and Compensation:
- $60,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience
- Up to $1,200 Quarterly NOI Bonuses
- $200 Monthly Delinquency Bonuses
- Renewal Lease Commissions up to $100 per renewal
