Job description
Bell Management is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to work in Birch Tree, Missouri. Experience in general maintenance, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC troubleshooting is preferred.
The primary responsibility of our Maintenance Technicians is to maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment for our residents.
The Maintenance Technician will inspect the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal, perform service requests in occupied apartments, complete landscaping tasks and ensure that all vacated apartments are prepared for the new resident in a timely manner.
Maintenance Technicians must have reliable transportation, reliable cell phone, and may have to respond to emergency after hours calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
