This position plays an essential role in the day-to-day planning, coordination and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns including messaging, pricing, offers, product launches and local market amplification to drive awareness, positive brand sentiment, and community involvement. Responsible for managing a 12-month rolling integrated marketing calendar in collaboration with cross functional team members responsible for specific aspects of the business (i.e., Product, Pricing, Acquisition strategy, Local Marketing, etc.). The intent of this promotional plan is to establish rigor within the organization to align messaging, offers, products, etc. to launch marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and positive impressions for Kinetic with promotions and messaging that engage communities and create opportunities for us to expand upon our brand story.

Planning:

  • Supports the development and execution of local marketing plans as required by Consumer teams.
  • Proficient in strategic Go-to-Market planning and branded communications including public relations, event planning, media and messaging mix, digital content, and social media.

Coordination:

  • Leads day to day coordination of projects to ensure timely and successful execution with key stakeholders at the agency, internal execution teams, consumer marketing teams, regional sales, and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management within a time sensitive environment helpful.

Communication:

  • Is the key person to provide regular communication to key internal and external stakeholders and team members regarding marketing initiative status up to and including the Division President, Corporate Communications, Legal department, Sales leaders, Regional Presidents, and Operations teams.
  • Develops regular reports and presentations in WORD or Power Point to drive accountability and performance updates.
  • Lead and or participate in cross functional and marketing communication meetings to advance plans to meet specified objectives.
  • Develops concise and focused e-mail communications in order enhance clarity of needs and performance.
  • Leads or Supplements internal copy writing needs for Content Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of demonstrated success in Brand Management, Acquisition Marketing, Advertising, Pricing or Local Marketing and/or Telecommunications Marketing for a progressive and dynamic organization that is customer focused in B2C categories.
  • MBA and/or Advanced marketing education is preferred.
  • Highly motivated and flexible change agent with a passion for leveraging consumer insights into effective marketing communications strategies are required.
  • Able to work and achieve success in a dynamic and constantly changing environment with cross functional teams is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage details and anticipate issues and opportunities is required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Leads via influence based on knowledge, expertise, and teamwork.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
