The PM CoE supports our audit and assurance practitioners with project coordination and administration. The portfolio management & resourcing team oversee the onboarding and allocation of support requests across audit and assurance, reporting to senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, maintaining internal records and accountability for business-critical tasks.

In your role you will be expected to take ownership and responsibility for a wide range of tasks, working alongside team leadership to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate tracking and timely monitoring of management information within internal databases
  • Project planning: Establishing a timeline of your project support tasks
  • Communication with members of the PM CoE and wider audit and assurance service line stakeholders
  • Coordinating the booking and subsequent usage of our onshore and offshore delivery centres. progress within your role and enable room for development and growth within the department and wider firm.
  • Sharing knowledge across the department and supporting new team members when appropriate level of experience achieved

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm. Start date: March 2023

Location: This role is hybrid working with a minimum of 1 -2 days based in our Cardiff office and candidates must live in a commutable location to be able to travel into the office a few days a week.

Work pattern: This is a permanent full-time opportunity; with a start time of between 8am - 10am. Our team members work a variety of agile working patterns. Tell us what arrangement works for you and we’ll try to accommodate.

Please note you will be required to attend in person at the Cardiff office daily during your first 2 weeks for Induction and Training. Then from week three to twelve you will be required to attend in person three days a week. Once you have passed your twelve-week training period, weekly office attendance will be expected.
