Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for Project Officers to provide support across a number of projects and programmes within our Change and Improvement portfolio.

Change and Improvement is at the heart of UCL’s change portfolio, working to support the University’s strategic objectives and improve professional services.

Our Project Officers will provide a key role in project and programme delivery. Their focus should be on providing efficient support to project teams in delivery, working on the wider project portfolio or co-ordinating the delivery of self-contained stages of larger projects.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of providing support to transformation / business change projects.
  • Excellent at planning and coordinating.
  • An ability to work successfully in a team and with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and put in place mitigations.

Further Details

These roles are ‘hybrid’ and currently colleagues have opportunity to work from home for 60 per cent of their working week if they wish.
