If you would like to be a Project Manager working on some high-level construction projects, please read on!

Required Experience:

• 5 to 10 years' experience in construction
• 3 years experience as an Assistant PM and or Project Manager
• Exceedingly well organized, flexible, and diplomatic internally and externally
• Have the ability to serve as a presentable and amenable onsite ambassador to clients
• Be a person that is looking to settle down in a position for many years to come

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• A bachelor’s in construction

Software preferred:

• Bluebeam
• QuickBid OST
• Microsoft Projects

Requirements day to day:

• Project Manage jobs across LA area
• Coordinate Inspection
• Keep subcontractors compliant with health and safety regulations
• Hold weekly subcontractor meetings
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety
• Plan and conduct safety meetings
• Create plan of action
• Prepare Scope of work
• Interact with Architects and Engineers to complete project to plans
• Change Orders

Preference will be given to candidates based in:

• Los Angeles area
