Project Manager – Phab LAB

Successfully manage PHabLAB projects as customer point of contact, from design through orientation, coordinating all elements with other PHabLAB team members as necessary.

Position Functions:

· After completion of a Solution Evaluation and executed Design Service Contract, work with Outside Sales to gather all information on the project and forward design request to Design.

· When design book is complete, work with Outside Sales to complete the Program Solution Presentation and Proposal.

· When Proposal is accepted, and a purchase order is received, complete PO Cover Sheet.

· Submit PO for order entry into FourthShift with all documentation to the production planner.

· Schedule installer and orientation, based on expected delivery date of the product.

· Introduce customer to assigned support team.

· Coordinate receipt of vendor product, recording of serial numbers, receipt of manufactured product, order staging, and order delivery to the end user.

· Receive completed Installation Checklist from Installer.

· Resolve all open issues with projects.

· With Outside Sales, review scope of Project updates and support renewal.

Position Expectations:

· Must have a service mindset and work to ensure all PHabLAB customers are 100% satisfied with their project.

· Must be organized with great attention to communication, detail, and documentation.

· Must be successful working in a team environment with all departments at all levels.

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Must be able to follow multiple projects through from start to finish.

· Must be able to identify defects in vendor product and raise quality issues to team leader immediately.

Qualifications:

· Previous Project management experience.

· Associate’s degree required.

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft office tools required

· Excellent communication skills required, both over phone& written.

· Problem-solving and analysis skills required.

· Basic math skills required.

· Ability to learn new software and technology.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
