Job Title: Project Manager

Department: Onboarding and Support

Sunbase is a single central platform that delivers every essential feature needed to run a solar business - from prospect to paycheck. Its features include a highly gamified canvassing application, fully customizable CRM, and a suite of communication automations. We have experienced rapid growth and are on pace to grow 300% by the end of the year. We owe our success to focusing on end user feedback to prioritize enhancements, building long term relationships with our clients, and providing high quality support. We are looking for our next rockstar to join our team - a highly motivated project manager who enjoys solving unique challenges and likes helping others. This is a full time remote position.

A Day in the Life:

• Create onboarding plans for our newly joined clients, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Perform quality control on the project development to maintain the expected standards
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Identifies and troubleshoots clients’ issues and technology limitations
• Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Work collaboratively and directly with the owners of Sunbase

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Process oriented
• Highly efficient at “multitasking”
• Technology proficiency, especially with Google workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Development experience a plus
• Coachable and a team player

Compensation

• $45,000/year with potential up to $65,000 for performance based bonuses
• Opportunities for management and leadership
