Position Purpose
The Project Manager role will oversee the portfolio of enterprise projects at any given time, project-
manage various types of Eleven initiatives, monitor the progress and completion of those projects, and
ensure Eleven meets pre-determined expectations. This role will work closely with cross-functional
teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The responsibilities
for this role include, but are not limited to: preparing and sharing status reports on the projects within the
portfolio, tracking each project to ensure deadlines and milestones are being met, submitting project
deliverables that meet requirements, creating and sharing project plans and timelines, driving projects to
completion, holding other stakeholders and project members accountable, and establishing effective
project communication plans. The Project Manager will also work with third-party vendors as required
by the project.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
o Managing a portfolio of enterprise projects ranging from technology projects to operational
projects that involve multiple cross-departmental stakeholders.
o Actively engaging in the portfolio to ensure that projects being worked on align to the key
objectives of the organization.
o Working on individual projects as the project manager, being the main driver and tracking to
expected deliverables.
o Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with
project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
o Assessing and implementing a project management tool that the enterprise will use to track and
report on project health.
o Managing projects through the project life cycle by defining, monitoring, and controlling the
project scope, budget, timeline, resources. Clearly identifies issues/risks and works to mitigate
those risks.
o Overseeing various types of projects including program implementations, technical projects and
operational initiatives.
o Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and are
approved by the customer/business partner.
o Providing regular communication to the project team and other affected personnel.
o Facilitating meetings: leads the team by setting meeting agendas, facilitates meetings and ensures
that project artifacts are documented and communicated properly.
o Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
o Establishing effective project and stakeholder communication plans and ensuring their execution.
o Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and
budget.
o Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as
needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system.
o Identifying and developing new opportunities.
o Obtaining acceptance of project deliverables.
o Managing internal client satisfaction within the project transition period.
o Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications
o A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.
o Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
o 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate project management, managing multiple projects at
the same time.
o Experience with managing IT projects, large-scale system implementations, and sales and
operational projects.
o Experience working with PM tools like Jira, Confluence, SmartSheet, Gantt Charts.
o Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) a plus.
o Experience running a portfolio management program a plus.
Skills
o Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
o Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
o Ability to work with senior level executives and vendors as well as all level of stakeholders.
o Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

Travel Requirements
o This is a remote position with approximately 10% travel to headquarters when necessary
(Crested Butte, CO and/or Jacksonville, FL).

o Ability to type and sit for long periods of time.
o Ability to travel on-site for meetings, trainings, and project launches.
