What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain a strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, verbiage, and equipment.
- Create and update the project budget.
- Estimate both construction management and self-perform work items.
- Create and update the project schedule.
- Review and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present the project proposal, clarifications, alternates, and value engineering to clients and architects.
- Work with the Senior Project Manager and Executive Leadership to negotiate owner contracts.
