Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for providing project leadership for multiple projects and customers. Project types may include multifamily, hospitality, and general commercial flooring projects. Project Manager reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Have knowledge of commercial flooring
• Be able to read and interpret building plans.
• Provide project oversight.
• Facilitate resolution of issues.
• Maintain project schedule.
• Maintain the project budget.
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sight.
• Develop and process change orders for contracts.
• Lead day-to-day project management efforts.
• Prepare weekly job status reports.
• Attend client jobsite level meetings.
• Oversee Installation Crews
• Participate in business development as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction preferably (not mandatory).
• OSHA 30 Certified preferred (not mandatory)
• Experience/competence with various software programs, including MS Word, Excel, Measure, Measure Square or other similar programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
