Project Engineer / Project Manager

Manage and be the key point of contact and customer interface on all HarcoSemco new product development projects.
Coordinate internal and external activities of development projects to ensure major engineering, supply chain, quality and production milestones are achieved in a timely fashion.
Capture and follow-up with key internal and external action items to maintain momentum and continuity with the project schedule and deliverables.
Maintain project risk matrix and facilitate the burn down plan through active management of internal and external activities, following up where necessary.
Actively manage project schedules, capture scope creep, and instill accountability in order to maintain project momentum.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure bill of material continuity and material availability for development hardware production.
Possess a continuous improvement mentality to suggest improvements to existing engineering and cross-functional processes and procedures.
