Location: Los Angeles CA (All new employees are required to be onsite 5x/week at our office for at least 1 month. After managers and faculty have determined employee is able to work independently and there are no issues barring access, employee is eligible to switch to a hybrid schedule of 2x/week onsite and 3x/week remote.)
Job Description:
Under the direction of principal investigator(s), this individual will serve as the programs manager for all projects under the Maternal and Child Health Center of Excellence (MCH CoE) within the UCLA Medicine-Pediatrics and Preventive Medicine Division. The incumbent will provide programmatic support to the project directors in order to accomplish the goals of the projects. This includes but is not limited to: enrollment of study representatives, collaborating with project partners in and out of UCLA, implementing interventions and programs in accordance with research programming; carrying out project coordination tasks; developing program management tools that will help with stakeholder engagement and data collection; and fulfilling other administrative and research duties pertaining to the program.
Incumbent may also be asked to provide administrative, research, policy analysis and/or writing support to other related projects as needed.
