Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst/Coordinator to join our OEM Integration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery and tracking of integration projects between Stellantis Financial Services and Stellantis, N.A., LLC. The Resource will develop and maintain the integration roadmap while working closely with the project teams and stakeholders of both organizations to ensure that project goals are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Your deliverables as a Project Analyst/Coordinator may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build and maintain integration roadmap between SFS and Stellantis
  • Facilitate and author intercompany data sharing statements of work
  • Track and archive intercompany data sharing statements of work
  • Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep workflow on track
  • Organize and Plan meetings for roadmap alignment
  • Communicate integration timeline changes and new information to leadership; track project changes, and adjust schedules as needed
  • Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
  • Strategize with project managers when needed
  • Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
  • Provide support to teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Aides in driving standardization and proactively recommends improvements

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience of experience as a Project Analyst/ Coordinator is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, administration, project management, or related field
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • PMI certification desired
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with an eye on detail
  • Strong computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com
  • Ability to prepare and interpret reports, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent creativity, problem solving, and decision-making skills - including an understanding of when to escalate both technical and administrative decisions
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn, continuously improve, and eliminate unnecessary barriers or complexity to meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to build an environment of trust across teams, and consistently exhibit a positive demeanor
