Blue Arrow has a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator on a temporary contract basis for 5-6 months to support our Business Analysts and Project Managers with activities during client implementations and internal projects

About the opportunity - Project Co-ordinator

Join our #OneBlueFamily at our Luton head office as a Project Co-ordinator supported by our advanced technology systems, we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of new business wins and internal projects
  • Assisting Business Analysts and Project Managers with project administration duties
  • Responsible for the Business Change & Implementation team communication plan via multiple channels including Workplace, emails etc
  • Management of email inboxes
  • Overseeing the Project Tracker, Teamwork Project Management tool and reporting metrics
  • Assisting with the Jobscience Ideas end to end workstream
  • Conducting administration tasks associated with worker transfers in-line with legislation requirements and internal process as overseen by the Project Manager
  • New client implementation support sites/locations with recruitment and payroll requirements
  • Support with the set-up of technology solutions
