Hoffman & McNamara Nursery and Landscape offers public space landscaping and contracting
services and a wholesale nursery in Hastings, Minnesota. We have proudly served Minnesota and
the upper Midwest areas since 1977. We strive to be as resourceful and efficient as possible,

From our Wholesale Nursery, we install landscapes throughout the communities you live in and
visit. You’ll find our work along freeway interchanges, parkways, golf courses and various parks.
Our 160-acre nursery contains over 40,000 trees currently in production with a variety of field
grown and container shade and ornamental selections. Our company operates on strong core
values and at Hoffman & McNamara we take great pride in the landscapes we install and the trees

Location: Hastings, MN

Wage: $25 hourly salary along with a full benefits package

Schedule: Full time, seasonal position-10 months per year (winters off from approximately late
December through late February) depending on seasonality. Overtime during portions of season

About the Position:

The candidate selected for this position will be reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager,
and working alongside 3-4 other Project Managers. Project Coordinators assist the Project
Management team by setting up jobs, route mapping for city wide tree planting projects, place,
schedule, and coordinate project materials and supplies. Submit, coordinate and maintain
utility locate tickets for projects throughout the Midwest including managing any necessary
travel.

The future hire will be a self-motivator, able to work independently and have strong
communication skills. Project Coordinators at Hoffman and McNamara are vital to supplying our
customers as well as crew working onsite with an experience that reflects the top quality service that
we’ve built our reputation on. Multitasking and working in fast paced environment with the ability to
be highly flexible and problem solve as situations arise will be beneficial. Above average proficiency
with computer skills including with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs with some higher education is
preferred.
