Gateway Staffing is seeking a project coordinator for a company in St. Charles, MO.

Monday - Friday | 1st shift | $52,000/year

In this role, you will be working with the internal team including sales, design, project management, warehouse, and delivery/installation departments, as well as clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Create quotes for sales team and customer base
• Send purchase orders to manufacturers for approved orders
• Check order acknowledgements against purchase orders to confirm accuracy or address discrepancies
• Monitor ship dates and work directly with vendors to resolve issues with orders
• Send receiving and delivery/installation paperwork to installation vendors
• Follow up with installation companies to confirm receipt of product and installation schedule
• Manage project timelines and proactively communicate to avoid issues and surprises

Requirements:

• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Adobe)
• 1-2 years previous experience in project coordinator, project management, or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
