The Project Coordinator role in the Pharmaceuticals industry is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and be at the forefront of medical affairs activities. Reporting to Medical Affairs Digital Enablement, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for designing and delivering social media listening solutions, optimizing the utilization of social media listening tools and supporting medical teams with incorporating outputs into engagement plans.

The successful candidate will need a Bachelor's degree in science or business, experience in social listening and social listening tools, highly knowledgeable about social media and social channels, working knowledge and experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, strong analytical mind-set and excellent project management skills. An advanced medical or business qualification, experience with business analytics and leadership of change management programs are desirable requirements.

The Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to develop and refine queries to analyze the social media ecosystem, synthesize observable trends and findings into insightful summaries to be used by Medical Affairs to make decisions, and lead the strategic listening approach for conferences and congresses.
