We are looking for someone to assist our Project Managers with planning and organizing project activities required for effective management of audio visual installation projects by solving issues, reporting and researching, and ensuring project objectives are met.

The salary range for this position is between $43,000-$45,000/annually.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Works under direct supervision of Project Manager to plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex systems or service installed jobs
  • Researches quality assurance directives of the Project Manager to assist in delivering profitability reports
  • Develops job status and could be called on to present on research, material requirements, forecasting, project financial information, and mitigating and/or solving problems with recommendations.
  • Maintains a constant quality improvement mindset for training and development including studying literature, attending seminars about products, processes, and materials.Observes and/or assist installers on audio visual concepts, best practices, installation procedures and product training for their advancement
  • Ability to manage both preliminary and project closure processes including scouting locations and preparing all project closure documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business related field preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in a project management position is preferred
  • Plan to obtain PMP is preferred
  • Capability of learning CRM software
  • Proficiency with computer software and programs, including the Internet and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • High level of emotional intelligence in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to treat others and communicate with a high level of respect
  • Cell phone, valid driver’s license, good driving record, and own transportation with valid insurance coverage.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include overtime and after-hours.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
