Looking for a Project Coordinator Analyst for six month long initial contract to start with probable extensions and possible conversions to FTE of our client.


This role is for one or our best financial clients with offices in NYC, Southern New Jersey, Southern Maine and South Carolina.

Candidates can work completely remote but will need to work EST hours and be located on the eastern half of the US.

Client is not looking for Project Managers

Type of Role? Will is a true mid-level project analyst (PA) support role for one or more projects or programs. This is also a good entry point for junior PMs who are not familiar with TD Bank to get oriented. Will not serve directly as a project or program manager role except for providing temporary coverage for delivery leads / program managers' duties during their PTO or OOTO.

Selling Points of Position? Will report on a solid-line basis to a PA Center of Excellence resource manager who seeks to enable talent and success during their journey at our client. Will report to delivery leads and program managers on a dotted-line basis. This is a high growth and networking role while working on projects & programs based on performance, exposure to different lines of business, and with very visible delivery partners. There is a possibility of a full-time position after demonstrating great job performance, ability to work with leading partners, and making our internal customers happy.

  • A familiarity of tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Teams, MS Excel, Project, and Visio (Office 365 tools). Interested in learning these tools.

  • Demonstrates the ability to look ahead and anticipate the impact and importance of their assignments. Looks to see what they can do versus waiting for the work to come to them.

  • Is customer oriented and wants to deliver and please internal business customers.

  • Has a knack for leveraging tools, learning new processes, and communicating effectively.

Summary of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

This mid-level PA will help lift a burden placed on the program and project leadership by:

  • Serving in a trusted support role to the project / program manager.

  • Interacting well with project stakeholders on an as-needed basis.

  • Assisting delivery leads to manage program communications, artifacts, etc. This might include working directly with project financial analysis teams, performing financial tracking and analysis, working with the financials around resource planning, managing and preparing financial artifacts as directed.

  • Project Scheduling: Able to update Microsoft Project Schedules (.mpp) as required.

  • Updating and maintaining various Clarity PPM project records as directed.

  • Knowing how to update Risk, Action, Issues, Decision (RAID) Log items if assigned

  • Capturing meeting minutes, verifying content, and communicating to specified distributions.

  • Supporting some components of monthly resource forecasting cycles. Examining variances between resource planned vs. actual hours and activities and advice PM.

  • Ensuring that artifacts are produced/captured, reviewed, approved, and posted in SharePoint repositories as required. Communicating SharePoint artifact links to team members.

d. Highly motivated self-starter, takes initiative with min supervision, & takes full accountability
