Job Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
As an Operations & Analysis Senior Specialist, you will be the key support for program managers to ensure that both client-led and third-party managed programs receive, analyze, and integrate performance data insights to maximize the effectiveness of a program. You will be accountable for gathering critical program data through various areas, including customer feedback, dashboard-based metrics, and monthly reports from 3rd party implementors and internal teams.
Required Skills/Attributes:
Possesses 5 or more years of project support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook)
Desired Skills/Attributes:
5+ years’ experience with business analysis and extensive analytical skills including internal controls and contract management
5+ years’ experience supporting process improvements and maintaining service level agreements
Experience providing exceptional service to internal and external customers and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with data analysis and performance management
Experience with developing and executing program implementation workplans
Capable of using simple, clear, and high-impact communications materials to enhance effectiveness of communication
Experience in working with cross-functional project teams
Experience with synthesizing data and presenting insights and trends to supervisors and senior stakeholders
Strong interpersonal communication skills and desire to build collaborative partnerships across internal function
