The Role

  • Assist in the development of the racquet sports programs calendars to ensure programs are posted and ready for sale on the website by agreed deadlines.
  • Implement promotion strategies including but not limited to the creation and publishing of USTA National Campus Programming digital marketing, emails, newsletters, and membership email communication.
  • Responsible for daily content management and updates across digital platforms.
  • Use HTML and CSS coding for website management and development.
  • Collaborate with the Programs Coordinator to input programs offered at the National Campus into the database.
  • Work with the Programs Team, Pro Staff, Front Desk Staff, and leadership to ensure that all inquiries such as programs, student class assignments, customer bookings, events, camps, or tournaments, are promptly addressed.

  • Computer proficiency. Able to learn new programs.
  • This position is designated as "on-site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position
  • Position is considered non-exempt

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $31,000 to $39,000/yr. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job
