Job title: Programme Support Officer, Employment Relations, NHS Employers
Location: Agile working with at least one day per month in Leeds and occasional travel within the UK

Role: Permanent, Full time – flexible working considered but must be able to work on Tuesdays and Fridays

Salary: E grade - £21,705

The vacancy

As part Employment Relations team in NHS Employers you will provide administrative support to a variety of work programmes covering the full range of employment relations issues in the NHS including terms and conditions of service for non-medical staff, job evaluation and pay determination and employer engagement

About you

• an experienced administrator with the confidence to use your skills and initiative to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team

And if you have:

• excellent communication skills that enable you to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• excellent IT skills and experience of key Microsoft packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively
