Sw!tch & iLovetobe are actively looking to add a fantastic Programme Assistant to our team.

This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic individual with a top-notch eye for detail. You will be assisting the project managers in our long-standing company iLovetobe as well as in our new EdTech arm (coaching technology platform); liaising with multiple users such as students, and coaches daily so we are looking for a people person that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and always looking one step ahead.

What you will do:

Assist in running our state-of-the-art personal and professional development programmes:

  • Supporting the design, planning and delivery of several personal and professional development programmes via our platform.
  • Adapt and develop the service and provision to meet the needs of clients and programme participants
  • With the guidance of the Project Manager, liaise outside of the company with clients and users, and assist in reporting to management and founders

Be the face of our company to users and coaches:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all our users, supporting and assisting them with any questions and complaints. Communications & admin support across a wide range of topics.
  • Provide support about the products our clients are subscribed to, helping with inputting and extracting data to report accurate statistics and progress as well as managing any issues.

Onboard & train new potentials:


  • Onboard new clients and users to our platform.
  • Assist in webinars and onboarding clients, new users and coaches to most effectively use our platforms and products
  • Produce short video and written content for our users and clients

Monitor & evaluate:

  • Monitor and track participants' journeys as well as contribute to evaluating progress, by closely interacting with our data analytics and innovation task force.
  • Test new developments and design new features that suit our and our user’s needs.
  • Ensure the smooth running of our state-of-the-art simulations and trainings events.

  • A tech Savvy, social media whizz with a passion for SaaS platforms. Learning capacity to use online tools such as Mailchimp, Jotform...
  • A proactive, multi-tasker with a can-do attitude
  • A great team player with experience and a desire working in teams remotely
  • A 'rockstar' communicator both in written and oral form
  • A highly organised individual with excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Great eye for the detail
