Supports Program Coordinator in:
(1.) Ensuring assigned Program team delivers quality program services in accordance with applicable contract terms, Agency-specific policies and procedures, and applicable governing bodies.

(2.) Ensuring Program team’s fiscal management and utilization of the Agency’s financial resources.

(3.) Actively collaborating with other Agency Team Members, ensuring effective communication between Programs and Agency facilities.

(4.) Ensuring accurate, professional, and timely completion of all required reports, logs, notes, and other paperwork as required by Program-specific procedures and/or the applicable contract terms.

(5.) Ensuring accurate, professional, and timely completion of all Agency-required reports, paperwork, and filings.

(6.) Providing ongoing weekly services to assigned Agency consumers and families, in coordination with the applicable referral source, as required by Program-specific procedures and/or the applicable contract terms.

(7.) Performing other Agency-related duties as assigned.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1.) Collects, analyzes, and maintains multiple databases for outcomes and research purposes (Achenbach and MS Excel).

(2.) Conducts and records face-to-face and/or telephone interviews with clients (Achenbach).

(3.) Checks facts, proofreads, and edits research documents to ensure accuracy

(4.) Recruits and confirms families/youth for program/weekly group participation.

(5.) Schedules groups for yearly programming.

(6.) Transports youth to and from groups sessions.

(7.) Maintain social media accounts; e.g. Facebook and Instagram.

(8.) Assists with grant research and grant writing for program sustainability, as needed.

(9.) Performs other duties as assigned by Art Therapist/Instructors during group.

Requirements:
(required at time of offer):
(1.) Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

(2.) Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

(3.) Prior program/administrative support experience preferred

(4.) Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications

(5.) Prior experience using standard office equipment

(6.) Able to work a flexible schedule, with “regular” business hours set by the Agency

(7.) Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements
