This position will serve as the Program Specialist for the School Improvement and Alternative Programs Department located in the beautiful Howey-in-the-Hills.
Our department supports district schools and leaders by facilitating professional development and ongoing district support.
This position will coach, assist, and support schools leaders in effective differentiated accountability (DA) school improvement strategies by monitoring and analyzing data through various platforms, conducting on-site visits, and focusing on systems and structures needed to accelerate and sustain the school improvement process.
The Program Specialist will also provide feedback and monitor the implementation of the district's school improvement plans (SIPs) and turnaround option plans (TOPs).
