Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Manager to join the Innovation team at our Indianapolis Location .

Manages a complex portfolio of projects aligned with IU Health strategy and Innovation criteria. Assist with strategic planning and roadmap creation. Designs and leads portfolio intake and prioritization processes and assists others with compliance. Provides consolidated project metric tracking and analytics. Leads performance improvement initiatives. Develops, monitors, and report on execution performance. Collaborates with management and cross functionally with peers to identify and lead improvement initiatives.

In addition to the normal expectations of a Program Manager, it will be important that successful candidates:

• Are comfortable with frequent course corrections and rapid rates of change
• Are self-starters when it comes to educating themselves on new topics and technologies
• Are energized by automation opportunities and the application of technology to business and clinical workflow challenges
• Are comfortable with ambiguity
• Have exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology and artifacts
• Are comfortable with quick iterations of software exploration, development, and deployment.
• Have experience working in matrixed teams

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant and complex project management experience.
• Program management experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Requires experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
