Job Summary:
Responsible for managing a continuing education program including staff management, program planning, day-to-day operations, and budgetary oversight.
Job Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and coordination of educational programs associated with the telementoring center.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of telementoring staff.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of progress reporting to project team, funding agencies, and community partners.
• Oversee quality control efforts relating to educational materials, program website, and promotional/marketing items.
• Ensure continued growth of educational programming through a variety of recruitment mechanisms, with the assistance of program staff.
• Monitor program budget and ensure compliance with funder guidelines, including coordinating with department finance team for annual budgeting activities (projections, reconciliations, effort reporting, etc.).
• Contribute to dissemination of program highlights via newsletters, annual reports, public presentations, or journal manuscripts, in partnership with program director.
• Engage in robust project/program management to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Travel may be required for some educational initiatives.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor's degree is required. Master’s degree in the social sciences or healthcare is preferred (e.g. MSW, MPH, MSc);
Experience:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience is required.
