Program Manager

The Role

Are you an experienced Program Manager who possesses strong project management skills including knowledge areas of scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, integration, communication, and risk and procurement management and ensuring proper project controls? If this sounds like you, we have an opportunity to work with a small but mighty learning team at Fidelity supporting the Corporate Services, Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) associates.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience as project/program manager
• Ability to manage multiple projects including assisting in or developing project plans, proper controls
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Comfortable providing timely status to various audiences including senior leadership
• Capable of managing and coordinating project teams, schedules and keep track of deliverables across multiple projects
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Effectively applies fundamental project management methodology
• Great at juggling multiple, complex projects with changing priorities
• Comfortable leading and engaging meaningfully in project meetings with business partners and team members

The Team

Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Program Manager will join the Corporate Services Talent, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion team and will build holistic learning solutions to support associates across Corporate Services (CS) and Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC).
